PNJ ONLINE will exchange/refund the goods for you, but will not refund the shipping fee or delivery fee, except in the following cases:
Incorrect type, model as ordered by you.
Insufficient quantity, not complete set as in the order.
External condition is affected such as peeling, breakage occurring during transportation, …
Not meeting quality standards such as: expired, out of warranty, inoperable, objective damage within the warranty scope of the supplier, manufacturer, …
 
Please check the goods and sign the status with the Delivery Staff immediately upon receipt of the goods. When detecting one of the above cases, you can discuss directly with the Delivery Staff or give us feedback within 24 hours via hotline

PNJ ONLINE will not accept exchange/return of goods when:
 
You want to change the type or model but do not notify in advance.
You yourself affect the external condition such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.
You do not operate according to instructions causing damage to the goods.
You do not follow the regulations as required to enjoy the warranty (for example, do not send the warranty card to the right place within the prescribed time).
You have checked and signed the status of the goods but there is no response within 24 hours from the time of signing the receipt of the goods.
 
Note:
 
– The procedure for handling exchange or return procedures is carried out within two (02) weeks from the date of receiving complete information and documents from the customer.
 
– The exchange and repair will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the supplier, manufacturer, or the authorized warranty of that supplier or manufacturer.
