PNJ ONLINE ANNOUNCEMENT

(Regarding Transportation & Warranty for Customers)

For the convenience and speed of all customers’ business with goods and equipment purchased from PNJ ONLINE. For more competitive prices and sales services. We charge shipping fees for goods and equipment according to the following requirements:

A. Regarding shipping for customers who purchase new goods and deliver them to the address requested by the customer:

1. For customers in Ho Chi Minh City (Radius <5km):

Under 4 million VND will be charged. Over 4 million VND is not charged

2. For customers outside the province who transfer to the bus station (Radius <5km):

Under 5 million VND will be charged. Over 5 million VND is not charged.

3. Customers who purchase goods and transport >5km will have to pay shipping fees, except for construction installation or customers who purchase under large contracts.

B. Regarding shipping for new customers who purchase goods delivered by express delivery:

1. Customers in the following cities will pay the shipping fee to the express delivery company: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Hue, Vinh.

2. In other cities, if customers want to receive goods via express delivery service, they will have to pay the shipping fee in advance to PNJ ONLINE (because the express delivery company does not charge shipping fees in these cities)

C. Regarding shipping warranty goods:

Customers sending warranty goods must be responsible for shipping to the PNJ ONLINE address. PNJ ONLINE will not pick up warranty goods. If there is an agreement between PNJ ONLINE to pick up and return warranty goods, customers must transfer the shipping fee before returning the goods to the customer. (It is best for customers to ship and return goods by express delivery or guaranteed delivery).
