3. Price includes construction and installation costs.

4. Price is the price applied in Ho Chi Minh City.

5. For projects with large losses, the selling price will be negotiated and may change.

I- COMMITMENT ON ORIGIN AND PRODUCT QUALITY:

1- Origin of goods

Products supplied and installed by our company are guaranteed to have origin according to the Price List. We commit to providing all documents related to the origin of goods. (CO notarized – and import bill of lading)

2- Technical specifications and quality of goods:

The goods provided by our company are guaranteed to be as specified in the quotation.

The goods are free of defects due to manufacturing, storage, transportation and all other reasons leading to damage must be eliminated before delivery.

II- CONSTRUCTION PLAN AND PROGRESS:

1- Construction plan:

If selected as the supplier and installer, we will propose the following construction plan:

a- The design department will conduct measurements and surveys of all the glass of the building in order of each floor.

b- The design department will prepare and pre-cut the film for each glass pane of each floor of the building.

c- The technical department cleans the construction area, prepares construction equipment (such as specialized tools, labor protection, scaffolding, etc.)

d- The technical department carries out construction in areas as designated by the Investor, ensuring that construction is clean and tidy.

2- Construction progress

From the effective date of the contract, the entire construction period for the building is carried out within ….. Days, including holidays and days off.

3- Construction quality:

a- Ensure the flatness and smoothness of the Film after construction.

b- Ensure aesthetics, no peeling or cracking.

c- All film cuts are 1 – 2 mm from the inside edge of the door frame d- Construction without film splicing if the glass size on both sides ≤ 1500mm

e- In case of film splicing, the film seams must have a height of ≤ 0.5m from the floor or ≥ 1.80m from the floor. The seams must be in a straight line to ensure aesthetics. – Only a maximum of 2 films can be spliced ​​on a glass pane.

f- The film is pasted inside the glass panes as specified by the investor (within the seller’s ability to construct)

III- WARRANTY POLICY:

a- WINTECH film is warranted for 07 years from the date of acceptance (for projects including construction).

b- During the warranty period, if the film has a manufacturing or installation error, Wintech Vietnam is responsible for repairing it on behalf of the manufacturer within ….. hours from the time of receiving the buyer’s notice. If the error is caused by the user, the buyer must bear all costs for the repair. Wintech Vietnam does not warrant damage caused by floods, natural disasters, or fires.

IV- PAYMENT METHOD:

* Phase 1: Pay 30% of the estimated contract value immediately after the contract takes effect.

* Phase 2: Pay the remaining amount of the actual contract value (The actual contract value will be based on the acceptance report of M2 of film-coated glass signed by both parties) within 07 days from the date of completion of acceptance procedures and Wintech Vietnam provides complete payment documents including: Certificate of origin of goods, Acceptance report, Warranty card, VAT invoice.
